January Offer 2012 Terms and Conditions
For bookings made under the 3 for 4 training January 2012 offer.
This offer is valid on the basis that the following terms and conditions are adhered to:
1. A total of 4 in-house training courses must be ordered
2. Courses maybe a combination of in-house facilitated courses that are included in the offer (Enhancing Customer Experience, Equally Yours (Equalities and Diversity), Complaints are like medicine, Discover Your Leadership DNA, Making it Personal (Personalisation) and Enhancing Patient Experience )
3. All courses must be both scheduled and facilitated by 30th June 2012
4. No courses in this offer can be facilitated beyond the 30th June 2012.
5. The courses will be charged at standard rate. No additional discount is applicable.
6. Strict adherence to our terms of payments that will be presented on invoices
7. If the venue is over 2 hours travel and overnight accommodation is required, then this will be payable at cost on all courses including the 4th course that will be facilitated for free.
8. This offer does not include the purchase of the training tools and training the trainers in-house
9. The maximum delegates on each training date is 15.
10. A normal training day starts at 9:30am- 16:30pm
