This course is for any team who wants to improve how the team works and the results it produces. We combine increasingly challenging team tasks, along with classroom sessions. These classrooms sessions allow the team to reflect on what happened during the challenges and discuss the changes that need to be made to achieve new goals.
Program objectives can include:
• Reflecting on how the team currently functions
• Building a more cohesive team
• Improving communication.
• Supporting the team to increase levels of trust.
This is one of our most dynamic team building programs and is based on a two-day residential course.
In the morning we take you away from your normal working environment to one of selected outdoor facilities located around the country. Our team includes an army instructor and stunt coordinator that will put your team through both mental and physical tasks .In the evening, we move to our second location, which is normally a hotel, or country retreat. Here we reflect what has been learnt from the day’s activities.
The second day builds upon the energy and learning and starts to define a new future for the team and how it will perform. The second day will vary depending upon the needs of your team.
Some examples of the activities have included:
• What stifles our brilliance
• Developing a compelling vision
• A hostile takeover of your service, how do we respond
• Good to Great (based on the work of Jim Collins)
