The Challenge
The Challenge is an energised team-building course that will elevate the team from its normal mode of operation. As the title suggest this is a highly complex business game that will require the participants to undertake a task that will be totally outside of their mode of operation.
Challenges have included:
• Creating the concept for a new restaurant
• Turning around a failing automobile company
• Designing a school for the future.
The skills that will be tested and developed are:
• Innovation
• Financial management
• Leadership skills
• Decision making
• Team work
At a given time, participants will do a pitch to panel of judges, who will scrutinise each pitch and then award a winning team. We’ve designed this course to give participants reflective time and space to think how their performance mirrors what is happening in their own work place.
Everyone is given the chance to consider how to relate the development and learning achieved in this session and be able to apply it imaginatively and concretely to their organisation.
