Moving Home

Moving Home AKD Training Solutions Ltd

About the course

Moving Home is a powerful team-building programme designed for teams who want to move on to their next level of development and performance. Participants begin the session with an eviction notice from their current landlord informing them that they must move to a different property with their colleagues as fellow tenants.

Moving into a new home is a great opportunity to reflect and get rid of those things that are not required and move forward more focused and energised.

Participants begin the day with an eviction notice from their current landlord informing them that they must move to a new smaller property with their colleagues as fellow tenants.

We use this analogy to provide the team the opportunity to think about what needs to be left behind and what they want to be in the future. Participants will: Identify what has worked well and how effective team work is Agree on what values and behaviours need to be left behind (both personal and professional). Agree on what they want their future to look like together. Develop a new (tenancy) agreement that everyone will sign.

The tenancy agreement will be available on the day and we will also create individual tenancies which will be forward to the team within 48 hours. Every team member will get a key to take away with them.
