Futurebuilders
This learning experience can be used by any group of people who seek to push beyond personal boundaries and make a life changing contribution to children living in poverty in developing nations. The money you raise here in the UK will directly contribute to the project you work on. Whether it’s renovating a school in rural Tanzania or fitting a water pump in remote Ghana, you will see the difference you’ve made to hundreds of children’s lives.
We work with our partner Childreach International (www.childreach.org.uk) who created Futurebuilding. We provide the learning and development experience, which allows you to optimise the experience and translate it back into your working environment.
We will support you to:

• Communication skills
• Collaborative working
• Project management
This is a two way process and not only will you be making a great contribution, but you are going to learn from the communities you work with and be able to bring these experiences back to your work.
A project normally last about 6 months and including 7-10 days living and working with a community.
Because all the money is raised by the participants, it means that you can provide this opportunity to your employees at nil cost to the organisation.
