The Challenge

This is an invigorating business challenge to test and refine each participant’s leadership, management and business skills. The Challenge is a 24-hour experience in which teams are set a challenging business task. They complete the task and then do a presentation to a panel, which rigorously assess the work. The winning team will be awarded. Simple idea. Tough to win!

Your Time To Shine

This course is for any team who wants to improve how the team works and the results it produces. We combine increasingly challenging team tasks, along with classroom sessions outside of your normal working environment. Our army instructor and stunt co-coordinators will put your team through both mental and physical tasks. This is based on a two-day residential course.

Camera...Action...

A really refreshing team building exercise working with AKD and a professional film crew to help your team produce a short film. Your team will be responsible for every element of the production; choosing the genre, writing the script and the final edit. Begin as a team, progress as a team, succeed as a team.
