Working with Young People Leaving Care
One of the frustrations for the Operations Manager was "there is no course for non qualified staff working with young people leaving care and often the training they attend, is not appropriate."
The course is a level 3 programme, accredited by the Open College Network.
The programme has five units:

- Build and Sustain Relationships with Young People Leaving Care
- Equalities and Diversity and Human Rights for Young Poeple Leaving Care
- Health and Wealth Being for Young People Leaving Care
- Safeguarding Young People Leaving Care
