Working with Young People Leaving Care
There is a unique knowledge and skill set required to work with young people leaving care. We’ve worked in partnership with Birmingham’s Leaving Care Service to develop the only accredited course available. The course is a rigorous learning experience that will ensure that learners will develop the competence and confidence to work with young people in transition.
Enhancing Patient Experience
Using the experiences of many patients, families, carers and health professionals; we have created a training tool that is credible, stretching and challenging but most importantly generates a purposeful dialogue on how to do better.
Safeguarding Adults
Safeguarding Adults is high profile. We have witnessed disturbing television footage, poor inspections and the Health Minister promising to strengthen safeguarding for adults. This means Safeguarding Boards will need to respond to new directives and expectations. We work with Safeguarding Adult Boards across the country, delivering high quality solutions that empower professionals in their role of safeguarding.
Make it Personal
This course marks a fresh approach to training in this subject and will develop not only a greater understanding of all aspects of personalization but generate dialogue, with learners challenging themselves and each other. Make it Personal is a licensed product and trainers must attend a one day training the trainers session to become an authorized user.
