Risk Management Made Easy is the newest addition to our Made Easy range. Like the other training tools, it is based on our successful model of developing a large board game, producing very interactive, challenging and fun training.
Risk Management Made Easy is very flexible and can be used with anyone in your organisation. It has a wealth of questions and scenarios which comprehensively cover all aspects of risk management. You can use it time and time again and guarantee something new every time.
How does it work?
With risk we are trying to achieve As Low As Reasonably Practicable. Therefore, instead of trying to gain points, teams are trying to lose them!
Team begins with 1000 points. As they navigate the board, questions and case studies about risk will be posed. Participants have to demonstrate their knowledge, but also that they can apply it appropriately. Of course there are penalties. If you’re too risky, you may find yourself piling points back on, or even having to go back to the start. The team with the lowest points wins.
Risk Management Made Easy is purchased on a licence basis. Your trainers must be authorised and will attend a one day training the trainer’s course.
