Secondly there are last minute offers with great discounts on courses. You’ll get an email on any course that is appropriate to you. Just let us know if you or someone you nominate wants to participate.
Emiles
Finally, we’ve introduced emiles. Every time you book a place on a course, commission a training programme or invest in one of our training solutions, you will be automatically awarded emiles. There are a range of resources that you can redeem the emiles against, including, books and training courses.

Complaints Triage Model.
Our newest tool for Complaints Professionals is the Triage Model. The triage model will help you to systematically look at the issues for the customer and organisation and then determine the most appropriate and proportionate method of resolving the complaint.
Complaints Competency Framework.
This is particularly useful to complaints professional who use consultants (e.g. Investigating Officers) in complaints handling. This frameworks helps to ensure those working for you are providing consistently high quality work.
