The Challenge
The Business and Community Development Team at Lend Lease in Birmingham very quickly saw the potential of the Equally Yours training tool to enable them to really embed Equality and Diversity into their organisation in a more interactive and engaging way. The Business and Community Manager wanted to build on their current practices and also needed to deliver some challenging external targets for Equality and Diversity. However she did not just want it to be boring or just a tick box exercise, she wanted training that would be fun, engaging and meaningful.
Lend Lease is a Global Property Development organisation. They develop, build and manage projects across the world; they wanted to be able to demonstrate to their clients from the public sector that they do take Equality and Diversity seriously.
What we did
We provided Lend Lease with a training solution that has enabled them to train staff at all levels throughout the organisation, thereby enabling them to achieve their Equality and Diversity targets. More importantly our interactive training tools have provided the “differential “by really creating fun workshops with our Equally Yours game. We have been able to support Lend Lease in demonstrating their commitment to Equality and Diversity to their clients, especially in the public sector.
The Results
Lend Lease has taken this solution national and are using it to reshape their current learning and development programme for Equality and Diversity.
