Organisations tend to have a vision, however it is likely that if you were to ask members of your staff what the vision is, you are likely to be met with some blank expressions. If your staff do not know the organisation’s vision, then what exactly are they contributing to?
An organisation or team is likely to be successful if it has a compelling vision.
What’s the difference? A compelling vision is one which excites the creators, the staff and the customers. People gravitate towards it and want to be part of it.
This intensive workshop has helped teams and organisations to develop visions that have transformed the way they work and improve their business results.
A Compelling Vision is for leaders at any level of an organisation as it is built upon leadership models developed by Blanchard and Munroe, and Jim Collins’ Good to Great. A Compelling Vision varies in duration according to the needs of the team, but two classroom sessions are normal. The programme content includes:
• Plotting your co-ordinates
• What inhibits your brilliance?
• What business are you in
• Building a Compelling Vision
• Getting others to run with your vision
