Breakthrough
“Simply Life Changing” is the feedback from one of the participants who completed Breakthrough. Breakthrough is a 12-month programme that blends classroom learning, coaching and project work, to ‘Adding Value’ is a project-based element of this programme, which allows the individual to demonstrate their skills, whilst adding value to the organisation. It is a challenging experience that really develops leaders individually and corporately.
