This is a very experiential learning and development solution for those who investigate complaints or allegations. The course is centred on a case study which requires participants to practice the key investigation skills. During the programme participants will have to plan the investigation, prepare and undertake interviews, analyse evidence and then draft part of a report.
Throughout the programme there is a lot of opportunity for personal reflection, along with peer and trainer feedback. Our experience shows that this reflection and feedback is a crucial element of the programme.
Aims and Objectives

• To build a model of investigation, including risk management and root cause analysis.
