Home Safely
Home Safely is for organisations committed to ensuring Health and Safety is a key priority in their organisation wherever they have a presence.
This training is different from other tools in that it focuses on developing a safety culture within organisations, whilst enabling participants to reflect on their own actions and behaviours in relation to Health and Safety practices and procedures.
The main focus of the training is to highlight the importance of every employee taking responsibility to ensure they and their colleagues get Home Safely at the end of each working day.
Home Safely developed in partnership with Rikem Training Consultancy Ltd is our latest training tool, a board game concept which is transforming the learning experience of thousands of learners.
· The training tool is effective, simple and very flexible and can be used to train your staff, supply chain and partners :
· Training sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation, in terms of content and duration.
· You can use it with staff at all levels, from senior management to staff on-site. You can also use it to deliver safety awareness sessions in schools and communities
· Training can be delivered by our expert trainers in-house or you can purchase the tool and we can train individuals within your own organisation to confidently deliver training using the Home Safely tool.
