4. To debate and explore views in a range of diversity scenarios.

All trainers attend a one day training the trainer’s course to ensure they are fully equipped with strategies and techniques to deliver informative, challenging and fun training with Equally Yours.
We appreciate that for some Equalities and Diversity isn’t an area of specialism. We also offer an optional one day course to look at the matrix of equalities and diversity legislation and practice. This course will help to build your knowledge and confidence in how to use this information in your training.
