Taking the Fear Out of Equalities provides professionals with space to reflect, be creative and think differently.
It provides a great opportunity to answer an important question: how do we reduce fear of equalities? In this course staff will work with other professionals to look at some key theories - and more importantly - some practical strategies that can be used in their organisation to help create a culture where equality and diversity is truly part ofthe fabric of the organisation.
