Equally Yours
Equally Yours is one of the most dynamic, interactive and effective learning experience for equalities and diversity available. This training solution is for those who want Equalities and Diversity to be integral to their organisation and need a training solution to match that aspiration. The training is refreshing and inclusive and breaks the mould of how many people experience or perceive equalities training.
Using an amazing board game, participants are split into teams and have to navigate around the board accumulating as many points as possible. As they travel around the board, teams answer questions from three categories:
- Need to Know
- What would you do?
- I dare you.
This combinations ensures that participants understand their legal duties under the Equalities Act 2010, how to apply their knowledge to various scenarios and explore different issues allowing for productive debate that helps everyone to better understand themselves and others.
Equally Yours is purchased on a licence basis. All facilitators must be authorised users and will attend a one day training the trainers. We hold regular training the trainers in London and Birmingham. There is also the option to facilitate training the trainers in-house.
Equally Yours is endorsed by the ILM. We offer the opportunity for learners to achieve a certificate of completion from the ILM. Part of this package is that the learner gets one year study membership with the ILM, which is an excellent learning opportunity for any of your leaders or managers.
