Enhancing Customer Experience  uses our board game methodology.   It allows your employees to explore and take ownership for a wide range of customer focused issues including:

  • Planning for changing customer behaviours and needs
  • How a great employee experience enhances the staff experience

  • It can be used be for a few hours or a whole day
  • It can be used in recruitment, team building or other learning environments
  • Every session can be designed to meet the needs of the participants
