You can choose to have managers undertaking 10 hour guided learning course and receive a certificate.
This is a theatre style training solution, using actors and the participants. The audience (participants) will be given an outline of the role-plays and then the opportunity to contribute additional information. By using this practical method we ensure participants are able to explore realistic situations that they will face daily. This is a one-day training session.
