AKD training have partnered with Applied Mediation to provide four certificates of performance that are quality assured and certificated by Strathclyde University. The courses cover complaints resolution, complaints management, investigation and mediation in social care and health.
They will help you to support your professional development and support evidence of competence and proficiency.
The courses have been paired. If you choose to complete both certificates you will also be awarded a Certificate in Professional Development. For those completing the mediation courses, the courses will contribute to accreditation.
