This is a great team building day that challenges and stretches the most effective team to produce a short film in just one day. You could record your own version of “The Office”. Or you can decide to do a western or a horror film.

On the day we will have our lead consultant working with a media specialist. Participants are taught every element of shooting the short film, including using the filming equipment, scripting, shooting the film, editing and producing a soundtrack. This day has been carefully designed to offer a tremendous range of team building opportunities. Many skills and behaviors (creativity, negotiation, co-operation, leadership, meeting deadlines etc) will need to be utilized to successfully complete this task on the day.

One thing that we ask is that people leave their job titles and positions in the office for the day.

Throughout the day one of our facilitators will be observing the interactions and dynamics to provide very honest and frank feedback.

The objectives of the day will be unique to any team, but may include

• Improving communication

• Building stronger bonds

• Improving trust

Every person will receive a copy of their blockbuster as a really powerful memory of the day.
