Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) play a crucial role in cultivating relationships, establishing the business challenges/ problems that an organisation face and then identify a training solution we offer that can meet the need.
We have a very particular way of conducting business. We work on the principle that people do business with people they like. That’s why strong relationships are very important for us. This role is built by using your established contacts, who you believe can make decisions about investing in high quality training solutions.
What are the benefits?
You are able to build the role to fit your personal circumstances. You can do this as your core role, or it may be something you do to compliment other work, business or personal roles you have. As with most things, the bigger investment of time and effort, the bigger the return is likely to be. This is a commission only role. But the rewards are good.
What’s the process?
Those who are successful will undergo an intensive induction, so that we help you to really understand who we are and what we do. Support is ongoing, you will meet with senior management on a regular basis and the office team are there to support you in whatever you need.
