To become a great leader, you will need to experience a number of breakthroughs in your professional life. Breakthrough means “breach”, “burst through” “penetrate” “come through” “advance”. This is the experience of those who have undertaken Breakthrough. In fact one of the past participants described the programme as “simply life changing”.
Breakthrough lasts for approximately one year. The programme blends 10 workshops, one to one coaching and Adding Value Projects.
The workshops include:

• The Effective Leader
• Inspirational Presentation
• Developing a compelling vision
• Taking an organisation from Good to Great
The workshops are combined with coaching to provide a balance of individual and group learning. Each person will be assigned a coach, based upon experience and personality. Coaching provides each participant space in which to explore goals they wish to achieve. In the process space will always be given to exploring any issues that are important to them.
Adding value projects provide the Breakthrough participants the opportunity to demonstrate their leadership and management skills in a tangible way. Senior Management both define and support the project that they want the participants to undertake. Participants will need to demonstrate a whole range of skills, but will also be able to show their organisation in a very practical way how they have developed.
