We’re really proud to have a team of brilliant associates, who design and deliver excellent training solutions. We are always looking for new associates to join us on our journey. What do we look for in Associates:
· A belief in and a desire to contribute to our vision
· A great track record in a field of expertise
· An ability to deliver innovative and creative solutions
· People who know how to deliver an excellent customer experience
· The ability to commit and be part of a team
· People who are able to work on a self employed basis
Successful candidates will have an induction. At least 3 times a year all the team attend Boot Camp. If we going to Stimulate Brilliance in others, we need to begin with ourselves. Boot Camps are opportunities to meet up with the team, two way dialogue about what’s happening and the opportunity for skills development.
