We believe there is brilliance in everyone and every organisation.  Our role is to stimulate that brilliance.  We’ve steadily increased our client portfolio and work with a range of clients in private, voluntary and public sector.   We’ve worked with over 1000 learners each year.   They consistently feedback on how positively the training has impacted on them professionally and personally. 

For most people complaints training is the last thing they want to have to do and so they come with the mindset of expecting a boring day.    They leave, inspired, confident and with a totally fresh perspective.   Why? – Complaints Made Easy.  We’ve designed a training tool based on a board game principle.  The response was amazing.  It worked so well that we’ve expanded the range of tools to Customer Experience, Leadership, Patient Experience and Equalities and Diversity.

Some of our clients tell us “there’s nothing for this group of staff”.  The challenge we posed was to develop an accredited course for staff Working with Young People Leaving Care.   Working with the Open College Network we’ve designed a rigorous and inspiring course that is providing staff the underpinning knowledge base and skill set to deliver a safer, more focused service for young people.

We’ve got a global vision.  For us it’s important that we give back in a big way.  We’re launching the Nehemiah Foundation, which will provide life changing learning experience for young people in the UK and Africa.
